Instruction Capture Capability
When a conversation piles up ideas, requests, and half-formed thoughts, this Capability sorts them into the right places — Ideas/, Plans/, and Open Questions — before anyone starts building. It is the triage desk between talking and doing.
What it is for
Reach for it when raw material has accumulated and needs structure: some of it is a keeper idea, some is a scoped plan ready to act on, and some is an open question that needs an answer first. It keeps capture low-friction without forcing everything into a formal Capability too early.
Frictions it removes
- Mixing maybes with commitments. Rough ideas stay separate from plans you intend to execute.
- Premature building. Work gets scoped before implementation begins, not after.
- Forgotten questions. Unresolved decisions are parked where they will be seen again.
How it works
The agent reads the source material and files each item by intent: keep-for-later ideas go to Ideas/, actionable work becomes a scoped entry in Plans/, and anything blocked on a decision is logged as an Open Question.
